Who is Kate?
Kate has been an executive leader for over 13 years across the public and private sectors globally. All of her roles have involved infuencing and inspiring people by creating a vision with wellbeing at the core of everything she did. This has resulted in a person that has successfully led change within businesses whilst coaching executives to model wellbeing behaviour.
Completing a Masters in Innovation and Entrepreneurship as well as a Bachelors in Commerce specialising in HR Kate has a very strong business experience further complimented by a career motivated by wellbeing.
Creating a name for herself in wellbeing over 20 years Kate has most recently assisted Deloitte to become the number one provider in Wellbeing consulting globally (ALM 2019). She has a very strong understanding and focus on how important it is to address the causal factors of negative wellbeing across the five pillars of wellbeing (Mental, Social, Physical, Existential and Financial). Over the years she has achieved great Wellbeing success in businesses in relation to mentoring executives, identifying workforce needs and designing customised activities that deliver ROI to the business and drive sustainable behavioural change with individuals.
