The Five Pillars

Mental

Mental health is influenced by our physiological, emotional and social wellbeing. The more self-aware individuals are of their mental health the more capable they are of equipping themselves to be satisfied and effective throughout their life.

Social

Social health relates to interaction and support which is imperative for our wellbeing. This includes personal and work relationships, and one frequently influences the other. A sense of strong connection to others supports Mental and Existential wellbeing.

Physical

Physical health is more than just physical exercise it also involves nutrition and sleep. Often if one of those three elements are out of balance then it negatively impacts the health related data of the individual.

Existential

Existential health relates to your purpose in life and how that influences your values and sense of belonging. How your sense of purpose in your job role and personal values aligns with your business is also a very important factor influencing your wellbeing.

Financial

Financial health is not only related to money. Being able to pay your bills is foundational to feeling secure as is the ability to budget. It also aligns to a more existential concept of how prosperous you feel with the money you have and wellbeing you have on a daily basis.
